No one likes being ghosted – especially mid-brand magic. So, if I don’t hear from you within 14 days without prior warning (because hey, I totally get that life happens – illness, burnout, Mercury retrograde…), I’ll gently wave my ‘Project Pause Clause’ wand.
That means your project will be put on hold, as ghosting disrupts my workflow and impacts other clients and not to mention my creativity. If you do wish to return from the shadows, a £250 Ghosting Fee will apply, and I’ll book you into my next available slot.
