A brand audit is essentially a comprehensive evaluation of your brand’s current positioning, messaging, visual identity, and overall perception in the market. It involves a thorough examination of various elements such as your brand’s values, mission, target audience, logo, colours, fonts, marketing materials, online presence, and customer experience. The primary purpose of a brand audit is to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats facing your brand, providing valuable insights and recommendations for improvement.
First, you’ll add the ‘Brand Oracle’ service to your virtual cauldron through Salem’s Shop. Once your purchase is complete, shortly after, you’ll receive an automated confirmation email of purchase.
Then a couple of days later, you can expect to receive a follow-up email from me, confirming the date I shall be working on auditing your brand, this includes me delving into your foundations, identity and touchpoints. Once complete, I shall invite you on a Zoom call to present my research and analysis to you, which typically takes 90 minutes. When booking your Zoom, you’ll have the opportunity to select a time and day that fits your schedule.
The brand audit will also be recorded, so you can play it back later along with an actionable checklist of my recommendations to improve your brand.
During the brand audit, I will evaluate three key areas that I like to refer to as the alchemy of the brand triad. These areas encompass:

Brand Touchpoints: This area encompasses every interaction and encounter that a consumer has with your brand, both online and offline. From social media channels and websites to networking events and print materials, we evaluate how your brand is perceived and experienced across various touchpoints. Additionally, we assess the consistency and effectiveness of your brand messaging and communication strategies.
