Nope! If you’re happy with your current hosting provider, we can still manage your website’s updates, backups, and security. However, our hosting service (Mischief Managed Hosting) is optimised for security and performance, making it a seamless experience.
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If your business grows and you need more updates or support, you can move up to a higher-tier plan. Similarly, if you need less maintenance, you can switch to a lower plan.
Content updates refer to changes like adding blog posts, updating images, tweaking text, or making small design adjustments. Depending on your plan, you get a set number of content updates per month (5, 10, or 15). Any additional requests beyond your plan’s limit may require an extra charge.
There are no locked spells or never-ending contracts! However, our contract does require a minimum 3-month commitment to begin with. After that, you’re free to cancel anytime – no fuss, no hassle. That said, we do recommend ongoing maintenance to keep your site secure and running smoothly.
Currently, our care plans are exclusively for WordPress websites. If you’re using another platform, we may be able to assist with a one-off project, but our maintenance packages are designed for WordPress users.
