And if you’d rather stay in your zone of genius, our Crystal Care Packs (web maintenance plans) are available for ongoing support.
Ideally, yes – because no one knows your business like you do! We’ll need your words and visuals to truly work our magic. But if you’re not quite there yet, don’t worry – we can use placeholder text and carefully chosen stock photography to get things rolling. We highly recommend booking brand photography before investing in this package, so your site feels like you from the very first scroll.
We don’t manage domain names or email hosting directly, and there’s a good reason for that! For email, we recommend trusted platforms like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. They offer brilliant deliverability, fewer spam issues, and come bundled with tools you’ll actually use. As for domains, they should stay in your name so you’re always in full control of your digital assets – no middlemen, no mess.
